Giving Back Initiative – Micro-Loans

Cadsourcing Provides Micro-loans to local Small Businesses

    Giving Back Initiative

Cadsourcing started a Giving Back Initiative for entrepreneurs in the Philippines in 2016 to fulfill on of our core values of Die Hard Service.  In 2016, Cadsourcing provided micro-loans to 50 small business owners in the Philippines as part of its on-going Giving Back Initiative. The purpose is to improve the lives of the Filipino people by providing micro-loans to various small business owners in the Philippines.  Entrepreneurs and small business owners are the pillars of local communities.  They work towards decreasing the unemployment level by creating opportunities for employment. They also create demand for other products and services.  This creates additional job opportunities in those communities. Cadsourcing is committed to improving the lives of the communities we work in.  That’s why we chose to provide micro-loans to small business owners in the Philippines.

    Die Hard Service

Bryan Luoma, CEO of Cadsourcing, stated, “Die Hard Service is a core value of ours and we see this initiative as part of that core value.  Service not only to our customers and fellow employees but also to the communities we work in.” The loans that Cadsourcing provides are processed through Kiva. It handles all monetary transactions and approves all candidates. Kiva is an international nonprofit, founded in 2005 and based in San Francisco, with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty.

    Company Culture

Cadsourcing was founded in 2011. Since then we have been fortunate to experience significant growth as the market has been very favorable to our services.  Even in our early stages we committed to a culture of doing things “the right way”.  Now that opportunities are more available to us, we look to Die Hard Service as a core value to guide us in our decision making.  We will be looking to other opportunities to help our local communities through other Giving Back Initiatives in the future.
